Handwoven Heritage

Every thread.
Every story.

Zari, silk, and generations of mastery — felt before it is worn. Treenaya presents India's most extraordinary handwoven sarees, one piece at a time.

Our Philosophy

A gallery,
not a store.

At Treenaya, we make no distinction between a saree and a work of art. Every piece on our floor was chosen because it could not exist anywhere else — woven by artisans whose names we know, in traditions that predate empires.

We exist to preserve that inheritance and to place it in the hands of those who understand its weight. Our lounge is designed for unhurried contemplation, not transaction.

I
Curated, Not Collected

No two pieces are identical. Every saree is selected for its uniqueness, its craft lineage, and its irreproducibility.

II
Artisan Transparency

We know the name of every weaver. That provenance travels with every purchase, printed and permanent.

III
Unhurried Presence

Our private alcoves are designed for families. Take the afternoon. There is no queue, no pressure, no clock.

IV
Heirloom Thinking

We pack in acid-free muslin and hand-crafted boxes because what you carry home deserves to be passed down.

The Weaves

Each thread,
a story told.

Gallery-Grade Lighting

High-CRI daylight LEDs and focused spotlights ensure every silk sheen, every zari thread, and every nuance of colour is seen as its weaver intended.

Styling Consultants

Our stylists understand colour theory, body proportion, and contemporary draping. They guide, never push — advising on blouse cuts, jewellery, and draping styles.

Artisanal Refreshments

Kesar thandai, single-estate teas, and light finger foods — served unhurried, the way hospitality was once practiced in great homes.

Beyond the Purchase

We remain
with you.

The relationship does not end when you leave our lounge. Treenaya's atelier services ensure that what you carry home remains as perfect — in ten years — as the day it chose you.

Couture Blouse Atelier

Our in-house master tailor and embroidery specialist designs and crafts custom blouses on the premises. Your priceless silk never leaves our care.

Heirloom Packaging

Acid-free muslin lining, breathable cotton wraps, and hand-finished wooden boxes — because what you take home is meant to be passed down, not stored away.

Zari Restoration

Gold and silver zari threads oxidise over decades. Our artisans offer professional polishing and restoration, returning the original lustre to heirloom pieces.

Re-Weaving & Repair

Accidental tears, moth damage, or worn borders — our master weavers perform invisible repairs on rare silks, using period-correct techniques where possible.

Provenance Documentation

Every purchase comes with a signed provenance card — the weaver's name, their village, the technique, and the date of completion. A record worthy of the piece itself.
